Huge Benefits For Your Course

how the links card helps remove harmful discounts practices

Understanding that price sensitive golfers are value loyal, not brand loyal

This is the most important part of the process. By understanding that value golfers are a segment with a different mentality, you can start to leverage this powerful demographic for better yields by creating offers specific to them.

Create specific offers for specific goals for specific audiences

This is the hardest step to accept. It goes against your very nature. If you're going to pay for marketing, you want to reach the most people possible, right?

Not anymore.

We want you to reach the right audience with the right offer for the right goal.

Join our network of partner courses for marketing efficiency and effectiveness

The Links Card is a collective marketing platform for golf courses to serve up offers, usually focused on expiring tee times, to a ready audience that's focused on value.

Not only is it free to join, but you'll be on your way unlocking your yields and phasing out the harmful discount practices that have plagued the industry for decades.

Willow Springs Golf Course: A Historic Gem in San Antonio, Texas

Willow Springs Golf Course, nestled in the heart of San Antonio, Texas, holds the distinction of being the city's oldest golf course, established in 1923. Designed by renowned architects Emil Loeffler, John McGlynn, and John Bredemus, this municipal course boasts a rich history of hosting prestigious tournaments, including the Texas Opens. Despite its age, Willow Springs remains a challenging and enjoyable course for golfers of all skill levels.

Player Reviews: A Mixed Bag of Experiences

Golfers who have graced the fairways of Willow Springs Golf Course have shared a range of experiences. Some have lauded the course conditions and layout, praising the variety of holes and risk-reward choices. The course's strategic design offers ample opportunities to test one's skills, with long open fairways and varied elevation changes. The friendly and welcoming staff has also been a highlight for many players.

However, not all reviews have been glowing. Some golfers have expressed concerns about communication issues, particularly regarding tee times and frost delays. While the course may not be the most luxurious or exclusive, it offers a solid golfing experience at a reasonable price point. The course's challenging layout, coupled with its rich history and convenient location near San Antonio's famous Riverwalk area, make it an attractive option for both locals and visitors.

In conclusion, Willow Springs Golf Course offers a unique blend of history, challenge, and affordability. Our revenue comes from selling memberships to golfers to access the special offers.

My course is fully booked, why do I need The Links Card?

We simply want you to have the systems in place to reduce $0 tee times, even if they are rare for you.

Our platform allows you to create offers that increase demand during times that you need it, even if it's as small of a window as after 2pm on Mondays.

What is considered an expiring tee-time?

From what we've seen, it's the time frame when chances of bookings drop drastically and the expected value of a tee time rapidly approaches $0. For most courses, it's the last 24 hours before a tee time.

24 hours if our default but you're welcome to extend your offer out to meet the needs of your course. For example, a more rural course may want to use 72 hours while a resort near a city may want to use 24 hours

Can my course do this on our own?

Great question and you absolutely can!

It's easy enough to build out an audience of value golfers. From what we've heard from our partner courses, the more difficult and time consuming part is utilizing them without damaging your brand.

Instead of adding another set of processes to your to do list, you can leverage The Links Card and our process to increase your yields for free.
