Huge Benefits For Your Course

how the links card helps remove harmful discounts practices

Understanding that price sensitive golfers are value loyal, not brand loyal

This is the most important part of the process. By understanding that value golfers are a segment with a different mentality, you can start to leverage this powerful demographic for better yields by creating offers specific to them.

Create specific offers for specific goals for specific audiences

This is the hardest step to accept. It goes against your very nature. If you're going to pay for marketing, you want to reach the most people possible, right?

Not anymore.

We want you to reach the right audience with the right offer for the right goal.

Join our network of partner courses for marketing efficiency and effectiveness

The Links Card is a collective marketing platform for golf courses to serve up offers, usually focused on expiring tee times, to a ready audience that's focused on value.

Not only is it free to join, but you'll be on your way unlocking your yields and phasing out the harmful discount practices that have plagued the industry for decades.

Player Reviews: A Mixed Bag of Experiences

Fincastle on the Mountain Golf Course has garnered a spectrum of reviews from players, reflecting diverse experiences and expectations. Some golfers have lauded the course for its exceptional layout, pristine conditions, and breathtaking views, describing it as a hidden gem in the region. They particularly enjoyed the camaraderie with friendly regulars encountered during their rounds. Others have commended the undulating fairways and small greens that demand precision and skill, making for a thoroughly enjoyable challenge.

However, not all reviews have been glowing. Some players have expressed disappointment with the course's transition from a country club to a municipal course, noting a decline in playing conditions and amenities. Communication lapses regarding major renovations during their visits have also left a sour taste. Despite these concerns, many reviewers agree on two key points: the staff's friendliness can be inconsistent, and the course has undergone noticeable changes over time. Nevertheless, Fincastle maintains its allure with its scenic mountain vistas and generally excellent pace of play, making it a worthwhile destination for golfers seeking a picturesque escape in Tazewell County's enchanting countryside.

The Links Cards, a respected golf course rating system, offers its own insights into the value proposition of Fincastle on the Mountain Golf Course. While acknowledging the course's scenic beauty and enjoyable layout, the Links Cards highlights the mixed feedback from players. Some golfers have praised the course's layout and views, considering it a hidden gem. Others have expressed concerns about course conditions and changes since it transitioned from a country club to a municipal course open to all players.

The Links Cards emphasizes the importance of considering both positive and negative reviews when evaluating a course's value. While Fincastle may not be the most pristine or luxurious course, it offers a unique and challenging experience that resonates with many golfers. The undulating fairways and small greens provide an enjoyable challenge for advanced golfers, while the picturesque mountain scenery adds to the overall golfing experience. Ultimately, the value of Fincastle on the Mountain Golf Course lies in its ability to offer a memorable and enjoyable round of golf in a beautiful natural setting.

My course is fully booked, why do I need The Links Card?

We simply want you to have the systems in place to reduce $0 tee times, even if they are rare for you.

Our platform allows you to create offers that increase demand during times that you need it, even if it's as small of a window as after 2pm on Mondays.

What is considered an expiring tee-time?

From what we've seen, it's the time frame when chances of bookings drop drastically and the expected value of a tee time rapidly approaches $0. For most courses, it's the last 24 hours before a tee time.

24 hours if our default but you're welcome to extend your offer out to meet the needs of your course. For example, a more rural course may want to use 72 hours while a resort near a city may want to use 24 hours

Can my course do this on our own?

Great question and you absolutely can!
