Huge Benefits For Your Course

how the links card helps remove harmful discounts practices

Understanding that price sensitive golfers are value loyal, not brand loyal

This is the most important part of the process. By understanding that value golfers are a segment with a different mentality, you can start to leverage this powerful demographic for better yields by creating offers specific to them.

Create specific offers for specific goals for specific audiences

This is the hardest step to accept. It goes against your very nature. If you're going to pay for marketing, you want to reach the most people possible, right?

Not anymore.

We want you to reach the right audience with the right offer for the right goal.

Join our network of partner courses for marketing efficiency and effectiveness

The Links Card is a collective marketing platform for golf courses to serve up offers, usually focused on expiring tee times, to a ready audience that's focused on value.

Not only is it free to join, but you'll be on your way unlocking your yields and phasing out the harmful discount practices that have plagued the industry for decades.

Chapel Hill Golf Course: A Scenic Gem in Reading, Pennsylvania

Chapel Hill Golf Course, nestled in the picturesque town of Reading, Pennsylvania, offers golfers a tranquil escape amidst nature's beauty. Designed by renowned architect Don Holloway and established in 1991, this public course presents a delightful challenge for players of all skill levels. Measuring just under 6,150 yards from the blue tees, Chapel Hill may not be the longest course, but it compensates with its strategic layout and scenic charm. Water hazards strategically placed throughout the course, including the very first hole, demand accuracy and precision. Tight fairways lined with mature trees and well-positioned bunkers add an extra layer of challenge, making every shot count. Whether you're a seasoned golfer or seeking a local gem to explore, Chapel Hill Golf Course promises a memorable and enjoyable round of golf.

Player Reviews: A Mixed Bag of Experiences

Chapel Hill Golf Course has garnered a range of reviews from golfers, reflecting diverse experiences and expectations. The course conditions have generally been well-received, with players praising the greens for being cut and firm, and both fairways and greens for being in excellent shape. The course layout has also received positive feedback, described as a blend of conventional and unconventional holes, including some challenging par 3s. Golfers have commended the course design, emphasizing the need for strategic thinking to achieve low scores.

However, there are areas where Chapel Hill Golf Course could improve. Several players have mentioned the poor condition of cart paths or their absence in certain areas. Additionally, the golf carts themselves have been described as old and in need of refurbishment. These factors have slightly diminished the overall playing experience for some golfers.

The Links Card evaluates Chapel Hill Golf Course as a venue that offers good value for golfers. While reviews have been mixed, the overall consensus is that the course provides an enjoyable round of golf. The well-maintained greens, fairways, and challenging layout contribute to a positive golfing experience. The friendly and helpful staff, as noted by many reviewers, further enhances the value proposition of Chapel Hill Golf Course.

However, the course could benefit from improvements to its cart paths and golf carts to elevate the overall experience and justify a higher value rating. Despite these areas for improvement, Chapel Hill Golf Course remains a worthwhile destination for golfers seeking a scenic and enjoyable round of golf in Reading, Pennsylvania.

Our revenue comes from selling memberships to golfers to access the special offers.

My course is fully booked, why do I need The Links Card?

We simply want you to have the systems in place to reduce $0 tee times, even if they are rare for you.

Our platform allows you to create offers that increase demand during times that you need it, even if it's as small of a window as after 2pm on Mondays.

What is considered an expiring tee-time?

From what we've seen, it's the time frame when chances of bookings drop drastically and the expected value of a tee time rapidly approaches $0. For most courses, it's the last 24 hours before a tee time.

24 hours if our default but you're welcome to extend your offer out to meet the needs of your course. For example, a more rural course may want to use 72 hours while a resort near a city may want to use 24 hours

Can my course do this on our own?

Great question and you absolutely can!

It's easy enough to build out an audience of value golfers. From what we've heard from our partner courses, the more difficult and time consuming part is utilizing them without damaging your brand.

Instead of adding another set of processes to your to do list, you can leverage The Links Card and our process to increase your yields for free.
