The course is nestled along the shore of beautiful Lake Champlain and offers amazing panoramic views. Vistas include Historic Valcour Island, Vermont’s Green Mountains, and Lake Champlain making it the area’s most scenic golf course.
Established in 1890 Bluff Point is Americas Oldest Golf Resort. The course was designed by renowned architect A. W. Tillinghast. Tillinghast is known for his work on courses such as Beth Page Black, Winged Foot, Baltusrol & Shinnecock to name a few. As a parkland style course Bluff Point offers open fairways highlighted by Tillinghast’s signature of well bunkered very sloped greens.
In addition to Great Golf, Bluff Point offers a relaxing private sand beach for guest use. On the beach you will find 2 Docks, Canoes, Kayaks, SUPS, Adirondack chairs, and sun loungers. With crisp clear water and soft sand we recommend some extra time to relax on the beach.
