Huge Benefits For Your Course

how the links card helps remove harmful discounts practices

Understanding that price sensitive golfers are value loyal, not brand loyal

This is the most important part of the process. By understanding that value golfers are a segment with a different mentality, you can start to leverage this powerful demographic for better yields by creating offers specific to them.

Create specific offers for specific goals for specific audiences

This is the hardest step to accept. It goes against your very nature. If you're going to pay for marketing, you want to reach the most people possible, right?

Not anymore.

We want you to reach the right audience with the right offer for the right goal.

Join our network of partner courses for marketing efficiency and effectiveness

The Links Card is a collective marketing platform for golf courses to serve up offers, usually focused on expiring tee times, to a ready audience that's focused on value.

Not only is it free to join, but you'll be on your way unlocking your yields and phasing out the harmful discount practices that have plagued the industry for decades.

Player Reviews: A Mixed Bag of Experiences

Blackledge Country Club – Gilead Highlands has garnered a diverse range of reviews from golfers. While the course conditions have been widely praised for their excellence, with golfers raving about the well-maintained fairways and smooth, lush greens, there have been occasional complaints about the pace of play on certain days. Some golfers have expressed frustration with the slow pace, which can hinder the overall enjoyment of the game.

The course layout has received positive feedback for its enjoyable and challenging nature. The front nine offers a variety of holes that cater to different skill levels, providing a balanced mix of playability and strategic challenges. However, some golfers have found the back nine to be less engaging, citing a lack of memorable holes.

Staff friendliness has been a point of contention among reviewers. While many have commended the personable and welcoming nature of the staff, others have encountered instances of perceived unhelpfulness or lack of engagement from the rangers. These inconsistencies in customer service can impact the overall golfing experience.

The Links Cards, a renowned golf course rating system, holds Blackledge Country Club – Gilead Highlands in high regard for its exceptional value. Despite the occasional issues with pace of play and customer service, the course's well-maintained conditions, enjoyable layout, and reasonable pricing make it a great value for golfers seeking an enjoyable and challenging round of golf.

The Links Cards particularly commends the course for its playability, noting that the front nine offers a welcoming experience for golfers of all skill levels. The variety of holes and the absence of overly narrow fairways or excessive hazards allow golfers to focus on their game without feeling overwhelmed.

Overall, Blackledge Country Club – Gilead Highlands offers a scenic and enjoyable golfing experience at a great value. While there may be room for improvement in terms of pace of play and customer service consistency, the course's strengths far outweigh its weaknesses, making it a worthwhile destination for golfers in the Connecticut area.

My course is fully booked, why do I need The Links Card?

We simply want you to have the systems in place to reduce $0 tee times, even if they are rare for you.

Our platform allows you to create offers that increase demand during times that you need it, even if it's as small of a window as after 2pm on Mondays.

What is considered an expiring tee-time?

From what we've seen, it's the time frame when chances of bookings drop drastically and the expected value of a tee time rapidly approaches $0. For most courses, it's the last 24 hours before a tee time.

24 hours if our default but you're welcome to extend your offer out to meet the needs of your course. For example, a more rural course may want to use 72 hours while a resort near a city may want to use 24 hours

Can my course do this on our own?
